At Connect Bareilly Zone – Influencers Meetup 2026, Addl. SP Manoj Kumar Rawat, IPS (Sambhal) brought one of the day’s most grounded and urgent messages — that road accidents are not inevitable and that every creator in the room had the power to prevent them.
A 2020-batch IPS officer originally from Jaipur, Rajasthan, Addl. SP Manoj Kumar Rawat holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science. Known for his energetic and relatable communication style, he connects effortlessly with young audiences and makes important road safety messages easy to understand and act upon.
This session is part of the ongoing road safety initiative of ADG Bareilly Zone Ramit Sharma. Under his leadership, Bareilly Zone Police had earlier run the highly successful “Parvah” digital road safety campaign from 19 April to 19 May 2025. The campaign, powered by the AI influencer AI PRO Jarvis, achieved massive digital impact with over 1 crore views and more than 10 lakh social media interactions. It combined posters, templates, videos, and AI-generated content to spread messages on helmet use, seatbelts, avoiding drunk driving and over speeding.
The creators were particularly impressed to learn that ADG Bareilly Zone had pioneered the use of an AI influencer (AI PRO Jarvis) as early as January 2025 — making it the first police force anywhere in the world to deploy an AI Influencer for public awareness campaigns.
Speaking to over 100 influencers from nine districts, Addl. SP Rawat made a direct appeal — stop making dangerous stunt reels, start making road safety content.

Why Road Safety Matters Addl. SP Rawat opened with a stark reminder — road safety is essential to save precious lives, prevent injuries, and ensure smooth and disciplined traffic movement for all citizens.
Mandatory Safety Rules Every Creator Should Know and Promote He stressed three non-negotiable safety requirements:
- ISI-marked helmets compulsory for all two-wheeler riders
- Seat belts mandatory for every occupant in a vehicle
- Child safety harness and car seats strongly recommended for families
Important Traffic Rules to Follow Addl. SP Rawat also covered lane discipline, proper use of indicators and mirrors, no mobile phone use while driving, no drunk driving, no triple riding and avoiding stunts and dangerous driving. He further touched upon speed limits, highway driving etiquette, horn restrictions and good vehicle maintenance.
Call to Influencers: Make Road Safety Your Content Priority Addl. SP Rawat especially urged the creators to make road safety awareness a regular point in their content and to actively discourage youngsters from performing dangerous stunts on bikes and other vehicles.
He made a humble yet firm request: “Please avoid stunting and making risky reels. Join the road safety campaign and spread awareness about traffic rules. Traffic awareness is a collective responsibility.”
Speaking to NDD, Rudresh Dwivedi, a social media influencer from Shahjahanpur, said, "The road safety session was extremely important and insightful. We were encouraged to promote road safety awareness in our content wherever possible. ADG Sir also urged us to keep ourselves safe first and spread road safety messages through our social media handles. This was a first-of-its-kind interaction with the police and I clearly understood the gravity of road accidents. I have now decided to actively promote road safety in my content."
